So good!<\/p>\n<p>ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 cup butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a03\/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup mashed ripe bananas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped walnuts\/chocolate chunks optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>directions<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with banana blending well after each addition. Stir in nuts\u00a0if desired\u00a0(I threw in chocolate chunks this past Sunday) . Pour into well-greased\u00a0 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done.
