Add onions and garlic. Cook until onion is tender.<br \/>\nAdd potatoes and tomatoes, Cook 5 minutes, Add raisins, cinnamon, pepper,\u00a0broth and water; heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Add\u00a0chick peas and spinach. Heat through.
